Victorian Arts Center is located in St. Kilda Rd. This spectacular Complex with its lattice spire sits on the banks of the Yarra River. As the focal point for the arts in Melbourne, it includes the National Gallery of Victoria, the Performing Arts Museum and the Melbourne Concert Hall.
